Jainsons introduces cast nylon components like Rods, Plate, Sheets and Tubular Bars made from Cast Nylon. The toughness of Cast Nylon, low coefficient of friction and good abrasion resistance makes it an ideal replacement for a wide variety of materials from metal to rubber. It weighs only one-seventh as much as bronze. Using cast nylon reduces lubrication requirements, eliminates galling, corrosion and pilferage problems, and improves wear resistance and sound dampening characteristics. Cast Nylon has a proven record of outstanding service in a multitude of parts for such diverse fields as paper, textiles, electronics, construction, mining, metalworking, aircraft, food and material handling. Apart from our standard product range we can also supply tailor-made products for customer specific purposes.

Jainsons Cast Polyurethane is the material of choice for applications requiring unique physical properties like resistance to abrasive wear & tear, excellent elongation, stability in water, chemical resistance & high tensile strength. Unlike injection moulded materials which are thermoplastic, Cast PU is thermoset hence, it cannot be reused alongwith with virgin materials.
Jainsons Cast PU is available in varied hardness range from 30 Shore “A” to 80 Shore “D” durometer. Cast PU components can be made as soft as gum rubber and as hard as golf ball. We also bond urethanes to metal, with the help of metal preparation processes to assure a permanent urethane to metal bonding.
Jainsons offers a wide selection of standard Cast Urethane shapes for the polyurethane users. The shapes include wheels from 50mm to 500mm diameter, sheets, bars , rods and tubes. These items are an excellent choice for gasket die cutters, rubber & plastic fabricators, and other companies that need the physical properties of urethane in a convenient form. These standard shapes may be used as “cast”, or fabricated into a desired shape for prototype or low volume applications. With our automatic dispensing machine we are able to achieve quality and consistency in the products. It also enables us to produce Cast PU components that range in few grams to hundred of kilograms and in quantity from one to one lakh pieces. We also offer tailor-made parts for customer specific requirements.
